1. Who can avail of the services?

My services are for pre-final and final-year undergraduate students, master's students, professors, and working professionals who are looking to get their Ph.D. / M.S. in the United States of America. My services are best suited for candidates with demonstrated academic diversity, including research experience, paper presentations, projects, internships, technical skills, teaching experience, and relevant extracurricular involvement that strengthen doctoral readiness. 

2. How are payments made?

All payments are made through UPI in advance when a service is availed. Applications to additional universities, or extra services availed will incur additional fees. EWS will get discounts based on family income.

3. What are some standardized testing requirements?

Candidates should have either completed the GRE or be actively preparing for it. Strong English proficiency is required, with candidates having taken or currently preparing for standardized tests such as TOEFL. Note that some programs do not require GRE or TOEFL.

4. What is the initial consultation service?

I offer a 1-hour one-on-one video consultation that includes a detailed review of your resume and a comprehensive evaluation of your academic profile. This assessment helps determine research readiness, program fit, and next steps before proceeding with applications. I also edit your resume in LaTeX during this stage, and prepare a comprehensive plan / timeline for applications.

5. What is included in the Ph.D. and M.S. application services? 

My service provides end-to-end Ph.D. and M.S. application and admissions support, including university and program selection, SOP structuring and editing, research statement preparation, LOR drafting, and complete application review. The service covers applications to up to 10 universities, with customized applications tailored to each program and research laboratory.

6. What is included in the university liaison & admissions communication?

I communicate directly with U.S. university admissions offices on your behalf (with your authorization) to clarify admission requirements, deadlines, etc. This service facilitates communication but does not influence admission decisions. 

7. What is included in the post-acceptance services? 

My service provides comprehensive visa and pre-departure support, including end-to-end visa application guidance, detailed mock visa interview preparation, and personalized pre-departure assistance. This includes structured documentation support, interview coaching, and practical guidance for travel, accommodation, and settling into their new academic environment.

8. What countries are supported?

     I primarily support PhD and M.S. applications to the United States of America for Fall, Spring and Summer admissions.

9. Are GRE and TOEFL coaching offered?

No, but I can provide valuable resources.
